Delhi Public School, Bokaro Steel City, established in May 1987 is an English medium co-educational school affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. This is one of the schools run by the Delhi Public School Society, New Delhi, a non-profit making society. Within a short span of time the school has distinguished itself in the field of education because of grand success of its students in board examinations, competitive examinations as well as in the various cultural and sports activities.

A personality dedicated to the cause of education, working for social causes she initiated the creation of Deepansh, a Shiksha Kendra on campus for the students of the under-privileged sections of society and Koshish, a vocational training center, a modest effort to empower poor women for their self sustenance.
